This website has no form, user account, audience measurement or advertising. It sets no cookies and loads no resources from third-party services. The only data processed is the data in the emails you send and in the hosting provider’s technical logs.

• Data: your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message.
• Purpose: replying to your message and, if a project follows, preparing a commercial discussion.
• Legal basis: Pomelo Studio’s legitimate interest in replying to the messages it receives, or pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
• Retention: three years from the last exchange. If a contract is concluded, the documents concerned are kept for the periods set by law.

Writing to the studio is not mandatory. Without an email address, the studio cannot reply to you by this means.

• Data: connection data such as the IP address and traffic information, processed by the hosting provider during your visit.
• Purpose: delivering the website and protecting it.
• Legal basis: the legitimate interest in keeping the website working and secure.
• Retention: Cloudflare does not publish a fixed period. Its privacy policy sets out the criteria it applies. Cloudflare acts as a data controller for part of this data.

Your data is sent only to the following technical providers:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), for website hosting and the DNS service.
• Proton AG (Switzerland), publisher of SimpleLogin and Proton Mail, for forwarding and storing emails.

Pomelo Studio does not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Switzerland is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission. For the United States, an adequacy decision covers organisations that take part in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and Cloudflare states that it is certified. You can consult the Commission’s list.

This website sets no cookies and uses no other trackers, so it shows no consent banner. The choice of language follows the address of the page and is not stored.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object. To exercise these rights, write to hello@pomelostudio.xyz. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
